Wicked Ground: Devil's Tree

Devil's Tree. Martinsville, NJ. 11 July 2007.

A lone, but very noisy black crow in a high branch made his presence known with a series of shrill cries as I approached. Storm clouds gathered as I took pictures. A very fast and rather chilly breeze came from behind the tree and moved its way around me in a circular motion. The sky continued to darken and the sunlight became much less warm as the camera kept clicking, visible in the sequence of these pictures.
