July Notes

Two images shot a day apart.

What a difference a day makes.

A family of four geese have claimed the pond in the park this summer.

I broke down and got a couple of pairs of readers.

A Disco Turkey is actually just a peacock.

I have spent the last month transferring my workup sketches for my new book The Times Of The Times from refined tracings to the final boards. This has taken many hours as I am not only transferring the images but refining them as I go along. More updates on this project will appear in time, but it's going well.

Happy National Ice Cream Day from my friend Steve and I.

Sprinkles make everything better... except for maybe meat loaf.

My blue heron friend has returned for yet another year.

The big mossy turtle makes an appearance here and there.

The new neighbors are fitting in just fine. I hope they're happy here.
