Early Spring: Uptown NYC

Incidentally, this used to be Roseland Ballroom.

I took a stroll uptown and noticed a huge police presence
for an impending Anti-Trump rally near Columbus Circle.

Across the circle, I was visiting The Museum Of Arts And Design.

A stained glass window by Studio Job.

I was greeted on the second floor by the stunning installation
art of Ebony G. Patterson in an exhibit entitled Dead Treez.

The third floor held live print workshop and some printed matter...

The museum always affords great Columbus Circle
and Central Park views through north-facing striped windows.

An installation of sugar sculptures by Margaret Braun

Some more localized street level color and a bit of park life...

Spring has lit itself up in some spaces, but not in others...

The Met, as always, holds fascinations both old and new...

And why is it that the neon starkness of the
42nd Street Park & Lock always entrances me?
